Since the relaunch of the Raise the Rates coalition in 2023, we have been led by a steering committee of engaged activists, community-based organizations, and labour allies. We are open to any organization or individual committed to increasing the dignity of social assistance recipients.
We, the undersigned, endorse the Ontario Raise the Rates Campaign and the one central goal of achieving, at minimum, a doubling of the rates of Ontario Works and the Ontario Disability Support Program, and to have both programs indexed to the rate of inflation.
